Blue Light Card & Armed Forces Discount
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility. 

   The 25% fee reduction is available to eligible members of the Blue Light community and serving or former members of the Armed Forces, subject to verification of valid identification.
2. Discount. 

   Eligible customers will receive a 25% reduction on Justice & Co Residential Limited standard sales fee for the sale of their residential property.
3. Verification. 

   Customers must provide valid proof of eligibility, such as a current Blue Light Card or appropriate Armed Forces identification, or other valid evidence of eligible employment or service, before the discount can be applied.
4. One discount per instruction. 

   The discount applies to the property instruction and cannot be transferred to another person or property.
5. The discount cannot be combined. 

   The 25% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discounted fee or special arrangement offered by Justice & Co Residential Limited.
6. Additional charges. 

   The discount applies to the agreed agency fee only. Any additional charges, including third-party costs or services, are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. VAT. 

   The 25% reduction applies to the agency fee before VAT. VAT will remain payable at the prevailing rate.
8. Subject to agreement. 

   The discounted fee and all other terms of the agency agreement must be agreed in writing before the instruction commences.
9. Changes to the offer.

   Justice & Co Residential Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Any changes will not affect customers who have already entered into an agreement where the discount has been confirmed in writing.
10. Management discretion.

    Justice & Co Residential Limited reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether an applicant qualifies for the discount.
